Anti Inflammatory Pineapple & Turmeric Smoothie

Servings: 1Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces
  • ½ banana, chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder or protein powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric powder)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Add more water if needed. 
  4. Enjoy!
