Maca-roons

Servings: 8-9 ballsMacaRoons

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons powdered maca root
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey 
  • Pinch sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a small tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend together all of the ingredients. Blend until the coconut starts to break down, which will be approximately 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Roll the mixture into bite size balls. 
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before eating.
  5. Enjoy!
