  • 3 large ripe bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of hazelnut butter / or peanut butter / or cashew nut butter / or almond butter (select organic and sugar free)
  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  1. Take your frozen bananas out of the freezer 15 minutes before making this recipe.
  2. Once the bananas begin to soften, place into your food processor and blend at high speed until they begin to break down.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until it begins to form a smooth ice cream consistency.  
  4. Serve and enjoy.
